Someone used my email to register their account during their stay at Fave Hotel. Why doesn't your system have an email verification process to prevent someone from randomly using an email address? This is a serious issue with data handling and privacy. I would advise everyone to avoid this untrustworthy company!

New: Loving the continued options and properties available. Ease of booking and service level maintained in the hotels is noncomparable. Small request during the booking process, a mandatory option of smoking or non would be a handy choice. Notes is available but sometimes overlooked at completion. Thanks guys keep it going 🫰🏽

Easy to book and best rate for all archipelago hotels. There are some bad reviews here, but i think its a technical issue only. The benefit of using this app is still applicable. But the app interface itself need a little bit user friendly and easy to understand.
